This has to be one of the most ridiculous solutions to acquiring Healthcare that I have ever heard of. Now, I didn’t say stupid. There’s certainly a difference, in any language.
Meet James Verone.

Due to the totally fucked up medical system in this LEADING NATION (keep in mind, many 3rd world countries have free healthcare), 59-year-old James Verone was forced to rob a bank, knowing that after being arrested and sentenced, he’d receive quality healthcare. Essentially, trading a few years of his life so he might live longer.
I’m thinking about making my own commercial spot in support of PROP 19. But with only 8 more days to go until we ALL VOTE YES ON 19, I might have to pass on the commercial fame, LOL!
HAVE NO FEAR! As things stand presently, there will be no adverse affects on Medical Marijuana laws as outlined by the original laws permitting cannabis use for medical purposes.
Crime schmime! The real crime is that Cannabis isn’t ALREADY legal and that I lost 8 fucking years of my life because I sold it to friends. Yeah, I know, enough bitching already. I’ll never turn back the hands of time nor will I ever be compensated for my losses.
But you don’t have to go to federal prison if for some reason you get busted with a pound of delicious buddage! Just make damn sure YOU and everyone you know VOTES YES ON PROP 19, November 2nd 2010!
Beyond supporting PROPOSITION 19 (Tax & Control Cannabis), there are other important issues that need to be addressed. You can help this great country if you don’t register to vote! REGISTER HERE. REGISTER NOW.
My personal mission to support the YES ON PROP 19 campaign continues by explaining the financial benefits of legalizing Cannabis. With less than a month until this historic vote takes place, it’s more important now, than ever, to make sure people have the facts.

We’re rolling up on November 2nd! Here’s another answer to one of the many questions I’ve received related to PROPOSITION 19. And as promised, I’m doing my best to answer them in an informative and slutty way, ha!
Late yesterday evening, Governor Schwarzenegger signed SB 1449, a bill sponsored by Sen. Mark Leno that downgrades the possession of one ounce or less of marijuana from a misdemeanor to an infraction. This will spare petty marijuana offenders the necessity of a court appearance and criminal arrest record while saving the state millions of dollars in court and prosecution expenses without question.
In explaining his decision, the Governor hit the nail on the head:
“In this time of drastic budget cuts, prosecutors, defense attorneys, law enforcement, and the courts cannot afford to expend limited resources prosecuting marijuana possession.”
Thank you, Governor. It’s about time you suits start making some sense on this important issue. And, we know you used to smoke dope so put an end to the Hippocrates already.
But there’s still a long way to go toward fixing our failed marijuana policies — and that’s why it’s as important as ever that we pass Proposition 19 on November 2. VOTE YES ON PROP 19!
Today, hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars are wasted enforcing the failed prohibition of cannabis (also known as marijuana). Statistically proven, cannabis is easier for kids to get than alcohol because illegal sellers/dealers aren’t concerned with how old their customers are.
Prohibition has created a violent criminal market run by international drug cartels. Police waste valuable resources targeting non-violent cannabis consumers, while thousands of violent crimes go unsolved. And there is $14 billion in marijuana sales every year in California, but our debt-ridden state sees none of the revenue that would come from controlling and taxing it.
